Look at the two bare concrete towers from the back of the Dong Xuan market.
The two concrete towers date from 1987 and belonged to the VEB Elektrokohle graphite factory. The factory came down in 2010, but the towers stayed.
Brandlhuber+ converted them with minimal changes into a prototype workshop and workspace, completed in 2021. The project draws on brutalism's raw concrete and takes its name from the Tuscan town of towers.
